Erzsébet Meszéna

I first came into contact with physiotherapy through my own sports injuries. As a result of the exercise therapy opportunities, I became interested in the profession, which gradually grew stronger when I got to know other physiotherapists and was able to see their work.

I find it fascinating how the human body can heal itself. This is my professional motivation its basis: getting to know the needs and functioning of a healthy body, with the right lifestyle to support it, to develop the best possible habits in everyday life, and if necessary, to restore the body's health with appropriate therapeutic methods.

During my studies, I always looked for opportunities where I could expand my professional knowledge with practical experience. As a physician's assistant, I assisted in the course of orthopedic and rheumatology specialist appointments in a private medical institution, and in addition to being mentored by a physiotherapist, I continued maintenance and remedial physiotherapy with a pensioner on a weekly basis. As a masseuse, I encountered various locomotor system complaints, in many cases I dealt with problems arising from a sedentary lifestyle.

My goal is to constantly improve my knowledge and way of thinking and everything that comes to meI can provide effective help to the patient within the framework of complex therapy.

I have been struggling with knee joint problems for years. Drug treatments helped for a while, but the pain always returned. At the beginning of November 2023, I had very strong knee pain, and it was difficult to walk. I visited Sherlock Rehab on the recommendation of a friend. I quickly got an appointment with Meszéna Erzsébeth. I received very kind and careful care. After 4 suitable treatments, the pain disappeared, and since then I can go to zumba gold again.
