Two years before that, I injured my knee and had to stop running. The sports doctor said that I have to operate on my cruciate ligament. I started doing physical exercises to strengthen my knee for surgery. Thanks to this, it started to improve, and the therapists told me not to think about the surgery. However, the improvement stopped. I was sent to another doctor. He said that he needed a PRP treatment. I did it, but it didn't work. I was completely mortified. I finally got to Sherlock, where after five treatments I left cured, I run eight kilometers every day and my knees are getting stronger. My zest for life has returned, thank you for everything!

Klára Szabó treated her with waist and ankle problems last year and again this year. He did everything during the manual therapy and provided me with advice, which I have been following ever since. My ankle problem went away after one treatment, since then I ran a half-marathon and the pain hasn't returned. The lower back pain, which is like lumbago, was more serious, it took 5 sessions, but it also pointed out possible internal problems... and it helped! I have been struggling with lower back pain after waking up for more than 2 years. I have already undergone many traditional tests and medical treatments. I told myself it wouldn't get any better. I turned to Sára Vaski with lower back pain that had been going on for several years and an almost constant backache, and she quickly found the cause of the problem and brought relief to it! She has an enormous amount of knowledge about the human body, which she can understandably pass on to a layperson as well. My stomach hurt for more than 1.5 months, I couldn't go to work, I couldn't even leave the apartment, I was in such pain. I went from doctor to doctor, but nowhere could they help me. However, their money-back guarantee is not an empty marketing ploy! In fact! According to their promise, if the patient is not satisfied with the first treatment, he does not have to pay. I was satisfied, I fully trusted the expertise of József Olosz and Jocó, it is rare to meet such a level of humility and dedication. In my case, unfortunately, at the fourth treatment, it became clear that I could not avoid surgery, so Jocó did not accept money for that occasion. I have been struggling with spine problems, sacrum and back pain for decades. Last year, sharp, splitting, spasmodic pain in the left upper arm/shoulder and under the right shoulder blade during certain movements added to all of this. These were the primary obstacles in getting dressed, raising the arm, circling the arm backwards, etc. I regularly went to physical therapy and physiotherapy treatments, which helped for a while, but did not bring a complete recovery. I arrived at Kodak Adrienn's clinic with mysterious knee and shoulder pain. For the first time, it became clear that the problem was not with my knee, but that the background of the pain was my stuck scar after my major abdominal surgery 10 years ago (which no one told me back then that it should be relaxed after regeneration, a problem in everyday life and and it didn't cause it in sports), as well as strained muscles around my hips and legs. The adhesion of these pulled the other parts. Already after the 2nd session, I was able to take up the positions that were painful before almost without pain. So far, I have been 4 times, and now the pain in my knee has been minimized even in the days between treatments. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Sherlock Rehab before, so when I had severe neck pain, there was no question where to go. The day after the treatment, my pain was completely gone and there is no sign of it ever since. Another problem was that after 2-3 km of running, my tibia was completely set, which was completely gone, but after I was able to run longer distances, it turned out that my knee hurt a lot. This has now been kept to a minimum. The biggest shock, however, was the relief of my menstrual pain. Ever since I “became a woman” my life has been completely bitter for that certain first day. I had very strong cramps, yet I had to do my job the same way, I had to be there at my job, which was very difficult for me, mostly only by taking several painkillers. It’s not over, it’s still uncomfortable to this day, but my pains have eased a lot, I can do my job much easier even then, and I need to take significantly fewer painkillers. I can only recommend Joco both humanly and professionally!

I'll be a little long. I also had spine and other musculoskeletal problems when I was young, so when I started running after I was 60, it didn’t come as much of a surprise that it hurts here and there at times. Then it takes approx. two and a half years ago the problems started to pile up on top of each other. Of course, I was at the doctor, at the doctors, I got it, don't run yourself anymore - you won't run much with that knee… on my hips and then we'll replace the part… but I always thought we had to find the cause of the problem, deal with it, then the symptom will go away. I turned around a lot, physiotherapists, chiropractors így helped one way or another, but none of them came up with a real solution. I’ve been living in severe pain on a daily basis for two years now, but I haven’t given up. Neither that I find the solution, nor that I keep running. I am 67 and a half now. Running gives you joy and purpose. A nice running companion of mine recommended Jocsi, József Olosz. He was already sympathetic to his side, both his person and his work. This is important because the first two times didn’t change anything, but I was still optimistic. After the third, I felt a change. I was a fourth time this week and now I feel like Joci is on the right track and so am I. I know my condition is not an easy case, the solution is not easy to come by, but as I feel the change, I will have the patience to wait for Joci’s treatments to put me in a position to control my complaints and the pain not degrade my quality of life, and of course so I can continue to run. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend it to anyone, which I have already done.

I have been visiting Balázs for more than 1 year, once a month. Now that I’m writing this, I had to think about why I went to it for the first time, because ever since I went to it, I’ve completely forgotten about the injuries and pain caused by intense sports, which unfortunately occurred regularly in the past. I suffered from foot and heel pain for almost 2 years, visited several masseurs and orthopedic specialists, received a lot of advice, but only intermittent relief caused different treatments. Everyday sports unfortunately became impossible because it took days to regenerate. It would be long if they described everything...the bottom line: after 3.5 years I ran again... 1 full hour!!!! Why is this a huge achievement? Before, I had 30km in my balls at a time, and triathlon races, and I had the 6-8 hours of tense racing. Then came my little boy❤️. What happened after that in the first 3 years: constant joint and muscle pains, lots of medical opinions, recommendations for mutations, constant therapies, injections in my joints...to no avail...because everyone wanted to treat my joints. I should know that I don't believe in any alternative medicine, so I didn't even try them. I suffered from heel and foot pain since about July, until I got to the point where I couldn't run at all from September. After doctors and ineffective treatments, I found Sherlock and Joco as a last ray of hope. I also took a lot of my other problems to him😁 Joco's relentless and uncompromising hand first tore me apart, then put me back together again. In the meantime, I was dying sometimes😂 I think he was suffering with me🙈In November, I started treatments, which lasted more than three months, and finally it was successful, my back doesn't hurt anymore, and best of all, I can run again. My shoulder and neck problems, which were only occasional at the beginning, became permanent and the constant pain not only hindered my training, but was almost unbearable in everyday life. By the time I got to Bea, I had pain everywhere from the back of my head to the bottom of my shoulder blade, up my arm to my elbow and down to my collarbone in the front. After the first session the pain was significantly reduced and after 4 sessions it was completely gone. The problem hasn't recurred for months and fortunately I haven't had to stop exercising for even a short period of time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bea to anyone, not only for her training and professionalism, but also for her kind, attentive and helpful personality.

When I found out that I had a herniated disc and the date of the operation was set, I was very sad. I was told to forget about tennis, skiing, running, water polo... pretty much all the sports I like. I also had terrible pains.

Joci has a magic hand ... and last but not least a twisted mind .. :) My pain, which I believed in tennis elbows, turned out not to be tennis elbows ... and with a few simple gymnastics I do in the morning, I can work again ... I went to the grass for 1 year before that to wood, x-ray, MR, steroid injection into the elbow joint ... no change, but I've been asymptomatic for 1 year! Go for it guys!!

After my shoulder crush, I needed Bea's help again, after a persistent feeling of dizziness and insecurity overcame me, I didn't dare to leave the apartment alone for about 3 weeks. I started to have check-ups (rheumatism, otology, X-ray, cardiological check-up) and a physiotherapy treatment, but the results were not very visible. In the end, physiotherapy and manual therapy helped, and Bea found the cause and remedy for my dizziness. Since then, even if it comes back a little, I know what to do about it. I'm sure we will see each other for other postural corrections, other problems.
