Sára Vaski

Even as a child I was interested in trying different sports and I also got to compete several times. So, I am aware of the hard work that is required for success or healing injuries. That’s how I got to know physiotherapy a little closer.

I studied at University of Pécs, Faculty of Health Sciences, during which I spent one semester in Poland where I could practice professional English and physiotherapy a bit differently. I was also lucky enough to attend a three-month hospital internship in Vienna. As for sports, I spent a three-week professional internship at the National Academy of Handball (NEKA). For my thesis I did a research based on my own injury prevention program for handball players.

To succeed with patients, I consider patient education to be important, as well as communicating empathically with them, to work for the goals as a team.

As of now I’m a student of Hungarian University of Sports Science, majoring in Human Kinesiology MSc. Being up-to-date is important for me, so besides reading publications, I like learning new methods to treat patients more effectively.

I turned to Sára Vaski with lower back pain that had been going on for several years and an almost constant backache, and she quickly found the cause of the problem and brought relief to it! She has an enormous amount of knowledge about the human body, which she can understandably pass on to a layperson as well. I was unable to bend down the first time, so I was quite afraid of what would happen during the treatment, but I left as if there was nothing wrong with my back. I still have a long way to go, but my waist has improved a lot thanks to him!

It's in a good location, the place is cultured and beautiful, I like its character, the way the Sherlock motif consistently appears everywhere. It is well designed (waiting room, dressing room, spacious rooms) and the therapists are very kind and professional. So far I have had a very good experience and the treatments are also effective and I get a lot of information for recovery in general.

I tried it and found it convincing. Although I have only attended three treatments so far, the cause of the problem is still being investigated, but I feel that we are on track. I wish everyone patience.

I went to Sára with a massive back problem, a bulging disc and 1470 other problems. It helped to look at these problems objectively at the same time, and with its treatment, the improvement can be felt in 2-3 sessions. I can already see the light at the end of the tunnel!
